Heavier items usually have an excess charge, this will be shown at the checkout.

Shipping Schedule

Your order will normally be dispatched the same day if we receive it before 3pm UK time on a working day. If it can't be despatched the same day, the despatch day will be the next working day. If you receive an email with a tracking number you can check the progress online.

*1 Customers in the Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra working day to arrive. See the table below.

Average transit times to Europe, actual time may be longer:
2 days - Belgium, France (except South), West Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands (also, ROI if International Parcel Carrier used)
3 days - Austria, Denmark, South of France, East Germany
3/4 days - Italy, Spain
4/5 days - Finland, Portugal, Sweden

Note that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
