Shipping, Collection, Exchanges and Returns

SHIPPING

We will do our best to get your purchases to you as soon as possible, but due to coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions and reduced numbers of staff working at the Vertu Motors Arena at present.

Most stocked items can take up to 14 days for your order to be packed and shipped. This may subsequently be subject to delays with Royal Mail, which are out of our control.

Club kits and apparel that have been produced to order, as bespoke sublimated items, are manufactured individually with each order placed and sent to the factory in batches, which can take up to 6 weeks before it is shipped from the shop.

COLLECTION

We offer a "click and collect" service. If you wish to purchase from the shop and collect from the Vertu Motors Arena reception please select 'Pickup' as your shipping method when you check out.

You will receive a notification email or text message when your order is ready for pickup.

Opening times for pickup at the arena may vary. You will find the most up to date collection slot on the front page of the club shop.

EXCHANGES

Items can be exchanged for a different size or even an alternate item from the shop as long as they are in new condition with tags attached and packaging unopened where applicable.

Club kits and apparel that have been produced to order, as was noted on the item's product page before ordering, cannot be exchanged or returned unless the item is faulty.

We offer exchange in person, but only following confirmation of the exchange via email. Alternatively items can be exchanged with us by posting the item along with the order packing slip or a note of the order number (starting with a #) to:

We will ship the first replacement item out for free, but cannot reimburse postage for returning the item to us. Subsequent replacement item shipping for the same original order may be charged.

RETURNS

Items can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of the item's shipping date as long as they are in new condition with tags attached and packaging unopened where applicable.

Club kits and apparel that have been produced to order, as was noted on the item's product page before ordering, cannot be exchanged or returned unless the item is faulty.

We offer exchange in person, but only following confirmation of the exchange via email. Alternatively items can be returned to us by posting them along with the order packing slip or a note of the order number (starting with a #) to:
